Faithinmyfuture the brand was born from a moment that forever changed the course of my life

In the spring of 2019, my firstborn son, Joél — best known and remembered as Faithinmyfuture — went home to heaven after a tragic automotive accident. Joél was my greatest supporter and creative partner, always encouraging me to see my vision through. Our bond remains unbroken, continuing to guide me through spirit and faith.

Just one week before his passing, we met in Los Angeles to talk about transitioning from Orange County to LA, where his career as a photographer and content creator was taking off. That afternoon on Rodeo Drive would be the last time I held my son — a moment forever etched in my heart.

As a follower of Christ, it is my faith in God that carries me through the pain of loss. It is faith that promises our reunion, and faith that reminds me to choose trust over fear.

Since Joél’s ascension to heaven, his fearless spirit continues to inspire this journey. Through obedience to God’s call, I’ve learned that our pain can become purpose, and our sorrow can bloom into something sacred.
